I'm a good man looking for a good woman for good fun! I am well traveled and have lived in Asia and traveled extensively in Asia, Europe, Canada, the Caribbean, and every state in the Lower 48 states in the US. I am educated (postgraduate degree), fiscally conservative, socially liberal, playful, full of life and ready to have a good woman to enjoy it with. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 210.

I ride a motorcycle for a hobby and love to explore mountain roads for scenic and interesting places. I recently returned from an 8,000 mile motorcycle a trip out west with my daughter who is in college. I rode to San Diego, she joined me there and we rode up the Pacific Coast Highway to Vancouver and then back across the Cascades and Rockies. It was a great trip! (Note: While I love to ride and you are welcome to ride with me, riding with me is not a must. I have other interests and I am not defined by riding.) Another hobby of mine is sailing. I have sailed for over 30 years and owned a boat for most of that time although I sold my last boat almost two years ago and have not yet replaced it. I am bareboat qualified and have sailed much of the Gulf Coast and the Virgin Islands and would like to do more with the right mate.

I am a widower and have willingly invested many years into raising my wonderful daughter and my business life and now I have much more free time and would like to have a partner in crime to enjoy it with although I am also open to simply making new friends. If you are as well, let's talk.

I want to explain where I am on the issue of smoking. At this point I do smoke but I want to quit and am a considerate smoker. If you can be tolerant of this then great; if not please pass me by. I find rabid non-smokers as offensive as you probably find smokers.

To me the first meeting with someone should not be considered a date. I think the first meeting should be kept simple and relatively short, like meeting for a drink after work. If we hit it off, then we can schedule a date!
