A bit about me; the body types don't really seem to match me. I recently lost 15 lbs (Outside pictures would be the before). I feel I need to loose another,...hmmm, ten pounds? I am now 5'9" and 175lbs. ( Update, lost 20lbs now 170lb). What I kind of describe as "Old Athletic".

I'm jus trying to be real. ya know, true to me, to be a kind, trustworthy, loyal, joyful person of character. I think I am doing pretty well except for driving on 81, and no I'm sure that wasn't me.

These days I really jus come into POF to look at the forums. (Oh I do admit I like to look at the ladies pics too!)

I am pretty laid back on most things.

If you know yoga or Pilates and are willing to teach a few lessons hit me up. Or if ya jus want to chat! Other than that I guess it is the forums for me!
