I am a passionate and driven woman with a soft, gentle, nurturing side. I love exploring new places (London and the Dominican Republic are my favorites, thusfar), experiencing new things (parasailing was fun!), learning about different cultures, sampling ethnic cuisine, taking in a concert, play or sports event…savoring life, in general. Of course, it’s always more enjoyable when the experiences are shared with someone special. :)

My “special someone” (is it you?) values honesty and integrity, has a sense of adventure and curiosity, is into fitness (not necessarily a gym rat) and leads a healthy lifestyle. I am turned off by arrogance, self-centeredness, laziness, disrespect and people who misrepresent themselves (that includes profiles with old pics that look nothing like you currently do).

Family is very important to me. I have a beautiful 14-year old daughter. While I enjoy venturing out to new places and meeting new people, spending time with loved ones at home or at a family outing is most rewarding and satisfying to me. It nurtures the soul.

That first date is all about determining whether or not the chemistry is there. It is a MUST in my book. If conversation flows naturally, the attraction is undeniable and fun just happens without effort, that's a good sign. :) That's what I'm looking for. It's all about quality (not quantity) for me.

We don't need to be two peas in a pod but we'll compliment each other nicely. It will just feel right.

Call me a hopeless romantic...or a fool (hehe)...but I'm sticking to my guns on this one. :)
