I'm a professional working and now living in Manhattan and I've been enjoying my time so far. I can be described as easygoing, at times sarcastic, flexible, intellectually curious and always ready to try something new.

My career offers me new challenges and learning opportunities, but when I leave the office I try to keep diverse interests and living around the NY area doesn't disappoint. With my time off I enjoy going out for drinks for conversation. Learning new things, as I often go to readings/lectures that interest me. Exploring the city on weekends to find new places I read about. Going to see live music (lately outdoors) from many genres; going to museums in the city and theater for some culture. Spending time in nature in good weather to bike, hike or walk; spending time at home reading, watching movies or cooking. Traveling has always been an interest of mine and I am happiest when I can explore and go to the places off the beaten track.

I would like to find someone intelligent, ambitious, down-to-earth, an intellectual at times and active.

I think a first date should start casual maybe a coffee shop, a museum or a bar playing good music and take it from there.
