| | I'm a SWM/Prof, no kids, educated, have a career, etc. living in W. Las Vegas. I'm not a "player" or into "clubbing" (?!, isn't that for tourists or whale hunters in Alaska?) I work hard/play hard; career is important, then my interests and activities tend to define me. I'm into typical guy things (home projects, sports, motorcycles, sports cars, etc). However, I also like the arts/art festivals/galleries (modern art!), live music and concerts (Alternative to Blues, Reggae, or Rock; House of Blues, the Joint, the Double Down, the Pearl, etc.), outdoor activities (hiking, biking, sailing, scuba, etc.), movies/indie films, dive bars, shooting pool, road trips and "adventure". I like dinner parties, BBQs, travel to exotic and not so exotic places - recently to Mexico (no swine flu or drug dealers encountered, fortunately!), the beaches on the SE coast (survived the latest hurricanes), and the Caribbean. I'm at home in blue jeans to black tie. I love a good discussion of politics, events of the day, and am a FOXnews, NPR, BBC/talk radio junkie. I'm looking for a woman who is educated, intelligent, sincere, witty, sarcastic, can laugh at herself, is compasionate, somewhat adventurous, with her own dreams and goals; preferably in her 30s to 40s; with interests similar to those I mentioned. Someone who believes that humor and a smile are important; I believe that a sense of humor is a must and life is too short to sweat the details!
