Hello. Thanks for reading my profile. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE ENTIRE PROFILE. What am I looking for? Very simply I am looking for someone who can fully enjoy each day as it comes, wants to share common interests (as well as share new interests), is secure with themselves and their position in life, knows who they are and what they want out of life, respectful of themselves and others, openly affectionate, romantic, sensual, excellent communicator, not selfish, honest, positive attitude, sensitive to others' feelings, open-minded, uninhibited, can think outside the box, takes care of themselves and can enjoy what life has to offer. Must have a sense of humor and likes to laugh.

I am someone, through life experiences and fully knowing myself, knows what I want in a relationship and what I need in the other person. The paragraph below is not in any way meant to hurt anyone's feelings, it's simply the truth and saves time for both of us in finding a match. (If you're honest with yourself, you'll agree that putting the things out there up front that you know will be an issue will simply save any heartache later on.) Each person, male or female, is different in wants and needs and is looking for certain things in a relationship. If we don't see things the same way, it doesn't mean either of us is wrong, it just means that we are not a match.


The dreaded paragraph (lol).....I will not respond to any email when a photo is not available. You must be willing to send a recent photo if you do not have one on your profile. Come on, be honest, you know that there has to be a physical attraction initially to want to continue getting to know someone! I am not looking for email buddies. If you are someone who likes to email for weeks, years, etc... I will cut it off real fast. I do not smoke and will not inhale someone else's smoke. I am not interested in one night stands nor married men. If your divorce is not final, I am not interested in conversing with you.

A little about me: I have been living away from Kansas for over 20 years. I have moved back to be close to family, but I am certainly not confined to or bound by the small town of Parsons. It is a temporary situation for me. I like to travel and do so for pleasure and work. Lived in Cincinnati/NKY (17 years) and Florida for a few years before moving back to Kansas. I am into healthy eating (do not eat beef nor pork and haven't for almost 26 years). Not a vegetarian. I have been divorced 8 years, have two grown daughters(30 and 25) and I am a grandma (love it).

I listen to a lot of different kinds of music, but I do listen to mostly current country.

I prefer to meet for drinks, coffee, tea, etc... first and in a place where it's suitable for conversation. Agreeing to meet for drinks first allows either one of us or both of us to walk away without the commitment of an extensive amount of time should we not hit it off.
