| | Here are a few things that I've come to know about myself:
I am sensitive(hsp). I am a good listener. I am a very empathetic person. I am very creative and artistic (I compose music and write fiction, for example). I am a very loyal and faithful person. I am determined and ambitious; I would like to make the world a better place(INFJ personality type for those familiar with Jungian psychology). On top of that I am the best looking guy on this planet (says my mother). Oh, and I have a good sense of humour.
I like nature, I like going out with friends and having drinks, I enjoy deep intellectual conversations. I could read any Kafka book an infinite amount of times and never get bored. I've read Notes form Underground by Dostoevsky an infinite amount of times (what?!).
I am very openminded in general and with music. I like ska, rock, punk, classical, harder stuff. THRICE!! - that is deep music, it gets to me everytime. Sublime, Radiohead, Mars Volta, Tom Waits, Muse are among my favs. I have a very good appreciation for art in general. I'm a big fan of acquired interests! I think the best types of art are those we learn to appreciate in time and that forever continue to grow on us.
I am quite interested in Philosophy and Political Science . Especially philosophy. Kierkegaard is the best. Nietzsche....keeps me up at night. Kants anthropology is hilarious (seriously). I could spend hours talking about almost any social science. I have a certain affinity for mathematics as well.
I like to laugh and be absurd- Jon Lajoie, Tom Green, Tim and Eric show. That's my type of comedy. Trailer Park Boys is great. I also like movies! Charlie Kaufman and David Lynch films are great.
I like watching and playing hockey; ice hockey during winter and street hockey during summer, I enjoy jogging and biking during the summer.
I'm vegeterian.
I love traveling and other cultures; I would love to go every where and learn every language, if it were possible.I speak French and English, am currently learning German and eventually would like to learn an oriental language.
I think the most important things in life are: Love, hope and forgiveness (both to ourselves and others) Consequently I work on eliminating any negative thoughts from my mind.
