Does anybody really go by what they read in here?

I don't know....but here it goes.....I'm starting from the assumption that you are one of those truly non-shallow people who really want to get to know someone without risk of running into a self-absorbed/callous/jerk/a$$who1e/etc who speaks the truth.

I'm recently divorced after a long marraige that seemed right at the time, but somehow didn't stay that way.
I'm a loving, disciplined father of a 10 year old boy. He is the most important person in my life and will always be so.....no exceptions.
I like personnal time for me with an attractive female companion. I love to talk and not in a shallow "what's on TV" way....I like connection. I love to dance and not in a shallow "gee, I can't wait 'til this song is over" way...I love to feel the music. I love to sing/karaoke and not in an embarrassing "I do so much better after I've been drinking" way...I've taken singing lessons for over 5 years & have sung with live bands/recorded songs. I love to listen to all kinds of music and not in some "gee, if I make it sound more general, I'll get more women" way....the only exception is some country & western (as long as it is not too twangy). I love to stay home & watch movies and not in some "We'll stay home so I don't spend money and can more easily get into your pants" way....We don't have to be with strangers to enjoy each others company.

And if I haven't turned you off by this rather long-winded sincerity I would like to point out the fact that you've read this far.....clicking the button and sending me a message is not that much of a stretch.

note the many interests......the key ingredient is not the venue....it's you and me...got any suggestions?
