SO, let's say you saw me --Walking in to the room... sliding on to the stool and up to the bar.. flipping my curls away from my face and... ~laughing

So, Is this not in some way, how this POF thang feels. I have never been one to walk into a bar alone... I am not a barfly and this it exactly how that might feel foreign to me-- Awkward!

I have met a few less than gentle-men on here. If you happen to be returning to check me out... that was for you. I am not into games-- speed dating and I are not synonymous and I do have a problem giving out me telephone number to just... anyone. Men are not as vulnerable as women, I know men in the midwest are more gentile and understanding of this. I don't speak for all men nor all women, but please note that I am having a hard time with the "Dating" crowd. And we all see ourselves in a special light-- we need to respect that not everyone is going to be attracted to us. I get that, I really do! ~ok... I have that off my chest... I am looking for someone who really wants to get to know me, and not the last chick they found on POF.. I am not like them, I am totally different, because there is only one me (((is this making any sense)))????

This is an FYI-- I would change my view from Friends to Long Term, because ultimately I would love to find someone special; But friends rank extremely high on my totem pole, My boys first, of course. Friendships are special as well as rare. Anything after friendship builds strong relationships and is absolutely delicious.

NOW! Unfortunately... some of the men contacting me have had a very different friend definition than I do. I will make my self at home and I am very comfortable in my own skin; Put me in A pair of jeans, family settings, a short and sassy night out on the town, or a formal affair, but my favorite is that special you an me time--regardless, I am there. SO let me ask you.. "Honey! What are you feeling tonight sexy, sassy, soft or simple?"

The early Greeks coined the saying that Beauty be in the eye of the beholder… and it is true. Beauty is made of layers that superficially fall away. if we are looking only at a shell and not glimpsing the soul, we watch and pray that it remains intact and not fall apart. This is what I seek; The beauty of us--inside and out. I want the attraction, the excitement, the real... Life is an adventure and It is exciting looking for my split apart out here.

I received the Kewel-est response to my site that stirred a slumbering quality within, more than either could realize. TX friend! I am pulling from my poignant moth ridden compartments, those dusty hidden yester-me's that were smothered yet, much a part of who I was, am, and forever will be-- better freed.
