Well meeting someone for the first time I don't really class as a date..it's a meeting......so something easy like a coffee and cake maybe......after having chatted for a few days...I don't like to chat to someone forever either..like to meet face to face...to work out if a spark is there...if coffee went well...and we wanted to really have a first date....would like to do something fun ...like go to the zoo....or sun markets and have an interactive date....there will be plenty of time for romantic dinners if all the basics are there;-) After someone who enjoys the class of the city life...but also very happy to spend a day with nature.
