Where to start?

I am a student at UTC. i finished my first degree and am working on my second. i am extremely energetic and love people. if you dont have a sense of humor and cant handle sarcasm.. just go ahead and move to the next profile.

I work with the BSA and earned my eagle scout in 2005. i also scuba dive at the Tennessee Aquarium in chattanooga.i am very busy and school and work are priorities at the moment. i love to go fishing and love the outdoors.

I am not your typical southerner. I love to go to hockey games and get outside. I dont go to clubs or to bars. they bore me and offer nothing but southern trash. i really appreciate an intelligent girl and love to have in depth conversations.

i am extremely competitive and ALWAYS have a grin on my face.

Ladies.. i am not your average guy and i guarantee you have never met ANYONE like me. i believe in 100% honest open communication. NO SMOKING, TATTOOS OR ODD PIERCINGS!! i do NOT like them and they are a HUGE turnoff!!

What Brings me here?
First, i am not nuts or have some kind of Psychological issue. i am an incredibly busy person and i DO NOT get out much. If i ever go somewhere it is because i need to. Thus i do not meet woman nor do i speak to them. I am incredibly shy when i see a beautiful girl and can not find a reason to approach them. Do the math.. i dont get dates often. Many people i meet are shocked when they hear that i am single.. So just because i look at your profile and dont email.. doesnt mean im not interested.. i just dont know where to begin. The internet is a terrible way to meet people because you can not truly get to know someone. Until i hear you speak, see you and talk to you, i have no idea who you are no matter how you describe yourself..

I tend to let the person i am seeing pick where they are most comfortable for the first date. i want to know the real person and dont want an unfamiliar surrounding to cause them to not be who they are.
