Hobbies??? I LOVE cooking, wine, dining out, and experincing new things. Since I have a culinary degree, most of my hobbies are food or wine based.

I would some day like to have my own restaurant....self sustained. I really just want to make a name for myself and i have a strong desire to be successful.

I just moved to the Goldsbor/Kinston area from Miami. I was living there for over 3 years, working hard and playing even harder. I was looking for a change and got an amazing job offer to move here, so i packed up, threw my last big party and moved out to the country. So far so good, i havent really done much since i moved here, im still unpacking and getting settled in. I travel alot, i go to NYC about 4 times a year and few times a year to Miami to catch up with friends.

I am a very caring and honest person. I dont take advantage or lie to get my way for any reason. Another aspect that makes me unique is my "non girly ways" i enjoy being outside, farming, getting dirty, camping, ect.

Currently I am working as a private chef and working with inner city kids teaching the job skills for the restaurant industy. Both of those jobs keep me busy, but the best part is I am self employeed so I have the luxury of closing my doors when ever I need to get away without having to beg my boss for the days off!!!

With that being said, I am independent! I have been taking care of my self since the ripe old age of 16. I take pleasure in knowing that I dont have to rely on anyone else to take care of me. I am strong willed, and passionate about my life goals. I find that if I can set my mind to accomplishing something I usually can.

Music? everything except hard rock....

Nothing too romantic, while i do enjoy picnics, and sunsets, just not for the first date. Maybe dinner, in a quite place where we can talk and get to know eachother.
