What you need to know about me - I'm loyal - I have a five year old goddaughter - I'm a romantic - I like some TV, mostly British, love the theatre and film, and I live for music and the written word - romance is the fun part of sex, holding hands, cuddling, talking, that sort of thing - I am an intuitive chef, that is to say, I cook by what feels right, rather than by recipe, I probably approach life the same way, it's not that I won't look in the owners manual, it's more that I feel I shouldn't have to - I don't fight, I enjoy an intellectual argument more than the next guy, in fact, I'm known to play devils advocate, because I see all sides of an argument, but in a relationship, there is nothing to be gained by conflict, I'm perfectly capable of admitting I'm wrong, and if I'm not, there is no profit in insisting I am right, two people should be able to talk things out reasonably and come to an agreement - I'm a bit sentimental, I love to be surrounded by books and nick knacks, art and old things, not for nostalgia, but for the life they contain - I prefer quality to fashion, I like organic materials, given the option, my entire wardrobe would be silk or wool or linen or leather, though in most things, I am happy to make do with cotton - I don't do jealousy, or possessiveness, I believe in the very core of my being, that if you love someone, then whatever makes them happy is good, it has cost me in the past, but it is who I am - I truly don't understand why men cheat on or abuse their partners
