I am a mystery; at times even to myself. I like to join the party and have fun but I take more pleasure in seeing my friends have fun. I'm fit and athletic but intellectual and intelligent. I am an academic, an architect, a practitioner and grounded in reality. I am an optimist, visionary and a realist. I'm an enigma that can't be classified. I enjoy a challenge and never quit. I strive to excel in what I do and I appreciate a well performed task or quality effort. I believe in doing everything with pride.

What is important in my life
1. being physically active: sports, dancing, the outdoors. If it can be done on the water or under it then chances are I enjoy it
2. doing things for myself: renovations, construction, electrical, plumbing, auto mechanics, house maintenance etc.
3. family and friends.

When it's time to wind down, I prefer to spend the time in the company of friends and family. I like to enjoy a good dinner, some music or a some quiet time watching a movie.

What do I like:
Preparing a fabulous meal and sharing it.
To end the day watching the sun set across the lake.
To lounge in front of a fire.

What appeals to my romantic side
Snuggling watching a thunderstorm roll down the lake.
Dancing up a storm
A quiet dinner for two
An evening stroll watching the lights dance on a body of water, an afternoon walk in the woods.

Who am I looking for, someone who likes to have fun while remaining considerate of others. Someone who is confident in who they are. An outgoing individual who is fit, active, and involved; lives a healthy non smoking life; someone who's actions are admirable and speak volumes. An individual who is willing to broaden their horizons while willing to help me broaden mine. Someone who knows how to form a team, when to lead, when to follow, when to compromise and how to enable team and individual success. Eventually a partner willing to share their activities and quiet times. Someone who is capable of growing to make a life together and building a relationship.

I'm looking to make friends, share some great experiences and along the way hopefully meet a long term partner. For me a relationship starts with a date or sharing some activities and evolves from there. Above all I'd like to share some great times, I am looking to meet people who like to get out and enjoy life or can make time enjoyable no matter the location and occasion :)
