I'm lucky enough to have turned a lifelong hobby of writing into a career.
I get bored easily, so I have a lot of hobbies. Photography, novel and poetry writing, and jewellery design are my favourites right now.
I'm obsessed with music and talk about it way more than normal people. It drives me crazy that so few people know much beyond what's on Top 40 radio. That being said, I also have a soft spot for musicians.
I have no idea where I'm going to be five years -- or even one year -- from now. And I like knowing that I'm not tied down by my aspirations. However, that doesn't mean I don't have any. I just prefer to live in the present, because technically the future doesn't exist.
I love my family and my friends and would do literally anything for them. In fact, I consider my closest friends like an extension of my family. They can turn to me for anything and I'll always be there for them, and I'm the type of woman who wouldn't ditch her friends for a guy.
I'm an outgoing and extremely honest person with a slightly sarcastic sense of humour. I like pointing out the ironic moments in life.
I'm a strong, opinionated person who stands up for her beliefs, but I'm still very open-minded. I think our differences are what make us such an interesting (albeit complicated) species.
I'm not one of those women who hates being single because I'm a very independent person, but it would be nice to meet someone who shares some of my interests and passions and who would help open my eyes to new ones. So if you think that could be you, drop me a line.
When it comes to love, I gather inspiration from this lyric: "It was in love I was created, and in love is how I hope I die." It's just one of many beautiful thoughts I like to carry with me.

I'm not a fan of the cliche and have sadly been on a lot of cookie-cutter dates. I don't like cookie-cutter anything, so creativity will definitely spark my interest. I like doing things around the city that I've never experienced before.
FYI: I'm a vegetarian, tea-drinking animal lover, so coffee dates or going to a steakhouse are kind of off-limits.
