Just so easy when the whole world fits inside of your arms-Jack Johnson.

I think that when you can say that, you've definately found the right person to be with. I'm looking for someone to experience all life has to offer with. Whether we're out at the movies, dinner, going out with friends, or just staying home doing absolutely nothing, as long as we're enjoying ourselves with each other that's all that matters. I love staying active, but quiet time and relaxing always has it's place. I've lost over 100 pounds in the past year and a half, so exercising has become something I enjoy doing, and I love having a workout partner that's just as enthhusiastic about it. I'd love to find someone I can become best friends with, learn about what they enjoy doing and share my life with as well. Someone that enjoys getting out and making the most out of the Chicago area. Concerts, fests, downtown area, the summer's just beginning and there's a lot out there to do with the right person! Having started a new job where I work a 40 hour week for the first time in over 12 years, I've learned that having a life is so much better than living for my job, and I'm ready to enjoy that life with someone!

I'm very laid back and easy to get along with. I often lack a brain to mouth filter so what's on my mind usually comes right out. I'm not saying that I act like a four year-old, just that I'm not afraid of what others say or think about me. I'd rather be loathed for who I am than to be liked for being fake and lying.

When I go out, just about anything or anyplace can be made into a great time as long as you have the right people around you. I'm much more comfortable letting loose and being a kid at heart than trying to take life more seriously than it should be. Don't get me wrong, my priorities are in order. I just don't sweat the small things in life. Any obstacle can be overcome if you stay positive and work at it.

My music tastes are all over the place. I just don't care for country much. I'm always up for learning about new bands and revisiting some of the older ones. My current gotta haves include Jack Johnson, Kings of Leon, and Shinedown.

I'd love to find someone honest, upfront about anything and everything, and emotionally available. Being open and communicating with each other is probably more important than anything else to me.

Anything where we have a chance to get a feel for each other and see if there's a bond. Coffee, drinks, ball game. If we can sit and talk in relative peace, or go out and have fun to see what we're like, let's go! Even if we don't hit it off, the coffee date is short and painless, the drinks at least made things a little better, or the game was a good time anyway! I'm not picky and can usually find a way to have a blast wherever I end up!
