I’m not really looking for anything in particular on any chat/date site except some good conversation, a few laughs and hopefully I can learn something while meeting new people and hopefully a few friends. I also prefer to talk on here before going to any other messenger or phone calls so bear with me a while. I really like the medium of writing back and forth for a while before moving forward.
I've had many careers, enjoyed every one of them while making money and done well. This means that I don’t need anyone to save me from anything. Usually the cries of help are in my head and I answer the call myself from either pure perseverance or stubbornness.
I've breed one son who is on his own and doing well. Tough love, honesty, integrity and self respect is how I raised him. He's doing well, thinking for himself, making mostly good decisions and doesn’t have his photo in any police files. Oh and with a mother like me, he does have a sense of humor. Thank god. If not he would need a lot of therapy.
Now, if you have a sense of humor, you’re in. There is nothing like that belly laugh even at the worse moments.
I can converse on many subjects. Mepps 4? Rocket fuel? Asian recipes? How to train your pup to poop on command? If you want to talk about cars, boats, computers, I'll pretend to listen but you can be sure that I'll be thinking of walking the dog to fetch a Timmies coffee. Sorry but that stuff bores me to bits. Even when it concerns my own.
I’m not on here to talk cyber sex with anyone. That bores me to bits as well. What really excites me, is someone who can answer with more than one sentence or one word answers. Someone who can keep me interested while making me smile or laugh. Someone who can move me into tears or one of those OMG, I never thought of it that way before moments
Regardless, I love manners (expect them really) adore empathy and would like to hear from you. No one is going to be judged by me, not interested in what you do for a living, what education you have and I’m not interested in any of your baggage either. I have mine down to a carry on and hope the same from you. I don’t want to be anyone’s' mother or counselor so don’t sneak that uhaul in the back door planning to dump a whole wack of it in my space. I clean up really fast.
As a Diabectic, eye candy doesnt interest me. What I really want to know is your character, your spirit, your thoughts, wishes as well as your reality. Now that will be a good place to start. Charm doesn’t hurt.
