Is there anything worse than writing about yourself?? Its not that I'm lacking in confidence but how do you avoid sounding insecure or too full of yourself?? I guess you just need to strike a balance? Here goes...

I'm a generous, loyal, loving, genuine bloke looking for a women who knows her place, speaks when she's spoken too, cooks, cleans and generally runs around after me....(just kidding!) lol, failing that a likeminded woman to wine and dine and ultimately settle down with, jokes aside I'd like to find a strong ambitious woman. I don’t have a particular type, the main thing is that you have fun and of course there is some chemistry. I believe that everyone has a soul mate; only some choose to compromise way before they meet that person,I’m not on here to meet lots girls just the one will do, I'd like to get it right this time, recently I find myself casting envious glances towards the mates who have been in relationships that have stood the test of time.

I like nice things and going to nice places (who doesn't) therefore I work hard to achieve a comfortable fulfilling lifestyle. I've never been unemployed I'm good at my job and very ambitious. I keep myself fit, go to the gym, play football and run around after my daughter. Also I’ve recently started Salsa classes, it was a New Years resolution to try something different and I’m glad I did, it’s great! I really enjoy it and its more fun than the gym
I have a great family and equally a great group of friends around me and then there's my 7 year old daughter with whom I'm completely besotted with.

I think a nice pub or restaurant would be an ideal place to get to know each other?
