I am truly a unique individual who looks for the good through all the bad. I look to the future and rarely look back. I am a goal-driven type who knows what he wants in life, although second best isn't always bad. I enjoy many things life has to offer. I like to spend my time experiencing new things and sharing them with the good people I surround myself with. I love physical activities (sports, working out, hiking, construction and remodeling, etc.). I enjoy all kinds of music and, depending on the mood or the moment, listen to rock, country, alternative, easy-listening, and jazz. I rarely listen to rap, I really don't care much for it. But I like to keep things fun. I am told I am fun to be around and a hilarious person. I like meeting like-minded people and hope to find that special someone to share good times with. I am also a realist. Physical attraction is important to me, so if you have a weight problem (I mean a real problem) then I couldn't possibly give you the attention I wish to share.

A first date would depend upon who the date is with, but a respectable one. It would be a great time to talk, one on one, and be able to know more about one another. A good first date would be dinner and a comedy show, coffee at the local coffee shop, or attending a public function (like a fest). I do like to ask my date what she prefers, but it has to be something usual and unique. I really don't want the first date to feel uncomfortable, so getting her input matters to me.
