(everyone asks if I'm looking to have children, no I'm not trying to find a partner to have kids, I was just describing my attitude on the subject in the following text)

Hello, My name is Chris and I have decided to move forward to make some friends and I hope I find someone that connects with me and I them. I am new to the area 8 months now with very good new job. I would love to make good close friendships and while doing that I admit I hope to find that girl that totally falls for me and I her and we just can’t do enough for each other. I totally screwed up my last relationship trying to take time to deal with problem in my past. That is totally delt with and I will never let the my past or her past ever stop me from living a happy future again. Don’t let that scare you away, I'm just being honest.

I will not just jump off the cliff with my emotion at just a pretty face. Because when I feel that way I want it to be forever and a good partnership. So that being said, I understand both have to be in the right place in life for that to happen, both have to be able to bring something to the table and add to each others life. bla.. bla
OK, enough of the serious stuff. I am a happy guy that can’t dance but will get out there and enjoy. I want to learn because I feel the music but just don’t know what to do with it and I want to show my partner a good timed. If you can dance I'm sure I would enjoy your hips as a guide. :O) Thats what its all about, right? The woman :O)
All joking aside, I would enjoy going and taking all kinds of dancing lessens with that special someone than can make the time.(I truly love all kinds of music) I like doing anything and that is especially true when I am with someone I love being with. Then it does not matter what I am doing, I am in total happiness even if we are just being lazy doing nothing.
Here are a few things that are common that I enjoy: playing games of all kinds like: pool, darts, or batting cages, going snow skiing, card games like phase 10. movies of all kinds, good movies is a good movie, yes even chickFlicks. board games. I just like to poke fun and play in general, life is just happier that way, to be a dork and just enjoy life, Someone special showed me this years ago and I will allways enjoy life this way I believe.

I am a nice average guy nothing strange here. I'm from Dallas Texas and all of my family is there.
one more serious note. The profile says not sure on if I want children. That for me is not a good answer to that question. I have to say that if I was married and our relationship takes us in that direction of wanting that together then yes for sure I want children, but I’m not going out looking for that to happen. First and for most I want a women that truly truly loves me and shows me respect and would never hurt me even though she does not like me at the moment. She is able to sit and talk to me and learn together and move forward, not just sweep things under the rug. Love is about giving not taking and i want to love her the same and put her first before my own needs. If she want a child under those conditions. Then OMG!!!! what better gift could a man and woman have together or share and experience together.

I know it is not original but dinner is a good first date or meeting to set and talk without distraction and to share a meal together. Other things are cool like a couple of drinks over pool after dinner if we want to spend more time or some darts , bowling. Anything active that we can see each other and talk, laugh and play.
