Like most people ,i am looking for that special lady , that makes my heart go pitty -patter.She should be caring , open, friendly + positive . She will get the same from me . I am self employed + a bit of a workaholic , but i really enjoy my times away from work, river boating, atving,travelling, exploring new places,camping + weekends at my cabin. I am 5'11" 260 lbs, grey thinning hair. ( not much sence of sugar coating what 60 plus years has done to this body beautiful) ,but time has'nt dulled my excitement for life + all it has to offer. I first became part of this process several years ago when i started living on my own . I am re writing my profile as my thoughts and outlook on life has changed a lot over the years . I'm happily divorced and have dated quite a bit. However, finding the one person who is my soul mate has not been easy .I find that i am initially attracted to attractive women , however as the relationship progresses , what is inside her mind and in her heart is more important . Of course being able to carry on a witty and humorous conversation is a must . Smoking is a deal breaker . In my life , i may decide today that a trip leaving for my cabin is a good idea, want to come? Hot dogs roasted over a fire taste great and watching the fire in the wood heater is a nice comfy way to spend the evening. Anyway, otherwise i am happy healthy guy , who really enjoys the out doors and all the boy's toys that God intended us to have . I really believe that after emailing a bit , phone conversations are needed. Conversation is a must in any relationship , so the sooner we talk , the sooner we can really begin to know one another. Not every contact turns into love , but it can turn into friendship.

Some place quiet where we can get to know each other + see if there is a reason for future dates . Future dates can be any thing from a coffee to a weekend in vegas. I really believe that dating is what we do to find out if we like one another + if we do, we take the ride to see where it goes . Not all dating ends in love or forever, but at the least it means new friends ,new likes + possibly even some dislikes . No matter what, it is an exciting + enjoyable time + we can never have too many friends.
