A sense of humour is important, as I love to let the kid out in me on occasion and would love to meet someone to laugh with me :) Very much into self awareness and self developement, physically, mentally and spiritually. Would prefer to meet someone who could take a drink or leave it and has healthy boundaries along with being a good communicator.
I would also value meeting someone who is in good shape and plans on staying that way, this is real important to me as I spend a lot of time and effort toward staying fit :) I run a minimum of 40 miles a week and work out an average of 5 times a week and would love to meet a female workout partner. The pick with no shirt is there for a reason and it isn't puffing up my ego (Even though I'm proud to say I'm in my 50's), it's symply something to measure what I mean by fit as I have discovered some women are in denial about what fit is and why waste our time?
I believe we all have issues tell the day we die, it's just a matter of having the willingness to work through them honestly. I believe in progress rather than prefection and if I see a little progress I'm a happy man, in other words it doesn't take a lot to please me.
I have a goal to turn my small business into a big business and finish a degree in social work.(currently have my first year) I have a passion to give back what has so freely been given to me.
I like to have fun as well and believe that if we can laugh at ourselves first, then with others, were probably living a balanced, healthy lifestyle. I do have a busy life and sometimes I just need to stop and remember to breathe, so I can reflect on all the good things in life. I'm learning to enjoy one day at a time and one moment at a time. Every year seems better that the one before, so I must be doing something right :)
I would really like to meet someone who's goal is to be in a long term relationship and has a heart open to love/intimacy. With the right woman I believe I'm ready to do whatever it takes to go the distance :)

I would like to start up meeting for coffee and if the chemistry is obvious, plan a second date. I favour going dancing to live music, dinner and a movie or a nice walk along a beach. I'm pretty much open to anything :)
