I am true to my convictions, but openminded and respectful of the views of others. I love to help people and love to make people laugh. Taking the lead is my nature, but I'm sensitive to the needs of others. I am not afraid to share my weaknesses and strengths, because I'm very comfortable with who I am. I like strong women with their own views who are able to challenge me. I want a relationship with give and take... where we are both contributing. I have many interests... music is a big one. For a long time I have been privileged to make my living using my creativity: writing, graphic design, performing my own music. I want a woman of substance who knows how to have fun!

I have a million ideas for dates. For a first date, I'd want to do something where we could get to know each other. Assuming it's warm weather, let's do something outside... go canoeing on a local lake or river, then have a picnic lunch or eat at an outdoor cafe. If we're enjoying each other, we can continue the date into the evening. The important thing on the first date is that we do an activity together and have plenty of time to talk.
