Views from a first story, east facing window.
Over the course of the past year I have seen the following items discarded in the bin outside my apartment: Large stuffed tiger head propped up ever so lovingly in the BFI, Giant inflatable package of Schneiders weiners,ruby red sofa drenched in the rain, beautiful hanging wicker chair, picture of the virgin Mary.
I love my neighborhood.
Just setting the stage, now more about me: I am a serious food nerd. I love, love, love cooking and I'm very passionate about food politics. I also LOVE the great outdoors-hiking, jogging, cycling, photography, wandering city streets, sunshine.
The time I spend indoors involves music (always music- old, old and alt. country,indie rock, pop, folk, some hip hop, jazz), cooking, interior design-collecting vintage furniture, refinishing vintage furniture, independent films,concerts, environmentalism, politics,art,dance.
First Date
Going to a show- a concert or an independent movie.
Beer on patio. Patio lanterns a must.
Gelati and a walk in the park.
Feeding the birds.
