I'm a full time graduate student working on my doctorate's in a medical related field, so I'm very busy during the week, but still know how to find a balance between school and personal time for the things that are important to me. I enjoy sports of all kinds, both watching and playing...go Yankees! I'm definitely not one of those girls who is afraid to try something new because I might break a nail. My other hobbies include music, movies, traveling, hanging out with friends, the beach, and pretty much anything outdoors.

So what am I looking for? Someone who is honest and says what they mean and means what they say, someone who can make me laugh and will laugh with me, and someone who is willing to completely open themselves up and take a chance without holding back because of other issues or prior negative experiences. We all have a past. Let's travel towards the future together...

I think a perfect first date would be to meet up for dinner or drinks somewhere that allows us to talk and get to know each other. Some people might choose to go to a movie, but I think that's better for a second or third date. I'd like to have a chance to have a real conversation before taking the next step.
