Hey there my name is Derek. I'm a 21 year old college student. I'm laid back, i love to laugh, love music, love being with my friends, love being creative and i usually don't take no for an answer. I have huge aspirations, and can't really decide on one of them so i decided not only am i going to accomplish one but i am going to do them all. If i could animate my mind and bring my stories to life i would but until them i prefer writing and sketching(although the quality of the latter is debatable) to do that. I often find myself saying "wtf is this" when listening to my itunes because my taste in music is so broad i forget that i even have some of the songs i do. I guess some random facts about me might help: i have no problem dog-sitting but babysitting drives me crazy, i love fishing but rarely eat seafood, i tend to take lessons from quotes/books/movies and relate them to my life even if the subject matter is different (i.e. business advice from a book on war), if i could live without sleep i would, laughing is one of the things i need to unwind my day, and i love going on and on and on about myself to total strangers...no wait...not really so i will stop now. Something fun! Coffee has been well and great but i often find that at first if there is nothing of interest to talk about or someone is shy it turns into a staring contest....which i always win because i hate to lose. I never fail to find something we are both interested in though so that scenario hasn't actually happened in a while.
