| | I know why I am single. Its a choice rather than circumstance. Finding the right qualities in some one versus making this a life pursuit and turning dating into some kind of game or full time occupation isn't something I am interested in. If it happens, great. In the mean time I'll go fishing...literally.
Dealing with the candy store mentality is getting real old, I mean sure every one wants to have fun, but i kind of got my yah yahs out in my 20's...I guess you could say, i am looking for more of a ''connection''. Intelligence goes a long ways to actually holding my interest.
Vancouver is a great place to be with our ever increasing multiculturalism, especially if you are a 'foodie'', at what ever level. The price; the death of the unhurried ,open , laid back, West Coast life style;)
Rain is good, it brings the mushrooms out, brings the salmon home and makes for long evenings of reading...of course its a nice back drop for those early in the relationship hand in hand, walk till you are soaked to the bone nighttime strolls too...
I am comfortable in my own skin, but have probably spent too much time alone. Hardened on the outside, been described as a tough hard ass (used to run construction jobs) but maybe that was just to protect something else..
Any ways I can dream cant I?
You: into the out doors, don't melt in the rain, has her Demons and skeletons well under control, doesn't mind a bit of a challenge, intelligent, balanced and ready.
