I am searching for a man who is in touch with the God within him. This does not mean a 'Bible Thumper', A preacher, or even a Deacon, This person could be someone who does not attend 'church ' at all! I mean someone who is searching inside of themselves and expanding their spirituality. Someone who knows that love is the answer, the beginning, and when love is, you disappear.
I know there is one world, one God, no matter what you choose to name God, that we all need to be about the business of getting more good in the world. The presence of evil is only the absence of good. I would like to not only ponder these ideas but have action to accomplish more good in the world with my partner.
I like openness, not opinionatedness, adventurous but not overly a risk taker, someone who is not a prude but not a freak either, and of course there must be chemistry !!

I am an activist. I support the GLBT community. I attend a spiritual practice in Il. at least once a mo. I go to Unity Church. I am an entrepreneur, in financial services, Nature's Sunshine, and Protandim. I am very Liberal. I believe in interracial marriage, and full benefits and rights for GLBT. I am thinking the first date is the first meeting? If so it should be interesting location where we can focus on learning about each other but also have outside interests to take our minds of any awkward moments, like a zoo or a museum. I like it when a guy asks me questions. I don't mind answering them either. This also prompts questions in me about him. The questions keep the conversation going and through that we learn more about each other. This whole time the chemistry is happening....or not. As the time passes perhaps we would go get something to eat or take in a movie but only after a couple of hours or more of talking. So perhaps the food and movie should be saved for another time. I just want to get to know the person for the first time by talking about our likes and dislikes, family, places we have been, goals, experiences we have been through, what you feel life is all about, etc. Then if we have chemistry there will be more dates.
