How about some wine tasting (getting to know my wines) Rent a boat for the day. Go out for a nice dinner. Shoot down to Key West. Dance you say?...sure if the music is good. See live music (anytime). See how far we can get away on one tank of gas. Play tennis...always wanted to learn. Do you get the urge to go out to dinner for seafood after spending the whole day at the beach?
