Dear Santa
I have tried so hard to be a good girl this year. I have been patient with my kids (even when they put that remote controlled spider under my bed - seriously!) and have strived to move ahead at work (and i mean more then just pushing paper). I volunteer on a regular basis and head to TO to assist with those less fortunate.
This is my grownup Christmas List and although i always wish for the things that would make this world a better place in terms of harmony, peace, tolerance,I know that most of that is within our own power. This year, I am truly wishing that you can bring me someone just for me! And no, I don't mean a puppy or a fish! I am talking about a guy. He doesn't have to (in fact he shouldn't) look like Brad Pitt...I am more of the John Travolta type. So...if you think the elves can whomp something up for me, that would be great.
Oh, And you please give him some brains too? I prefer to talk with someone who is up to date on things, not just the latest Family Guy episode.
Thanks Santa!!!
The kids and I will leave some cookies and milk (the scotch is in the cupboard in the kitchen, help yourself).
Love...Me. I am a confident, independent woman who has a fantastic job and great kids. The only thing missing is that person to share adult time with. I am very social (yes, i text) and yet enjoy the quiet times as well.
I am looking for a partner, someone who has his own interests, friends, life. I do not want to become his life, nor his mine. It is important that we exist outside of each other. I don't have “requirements”. My attraction differs based on personality, physical attributes, intellect. This is not a shopping list. One does not have a choice about attraction and chemistry. It is either there, or it is not. That being said, I have learned to have no expectations here. Although I am hoping to meet someone to be with long term, it all starts with getting to know each other and building on that. Wouldn't you agree?
I miss those evenings of snuggling under a blanket, someone to talk to about my day, a movie buddy, a tickle partner. That person who can make me blush by winking at me from across the room or make me laugh with a text from out of the blue. I have children and someone who understands the responsibilities and dedication being a parent requires would be cool. My kids have a father and don't need another. Role model yes....in time.
In return, he will find a woman who will support him emotionally no matter what. Someone who loves going out and having fun, just as much as staying in and watching a movie. I am a social person and thrive on my friendships and relationships. I am well aware that physical attraction is as important as intellectual and emotional and that sensuality plays a big role in a healthy and successful relationship. I am always striving to learn and care deeply and passionately about my job, and my family and friends.
I love to have fun and am a very positive person. I'm a country girl who can dress up for the city or down for camping, my fingernails have been known to break and get dirty, and I try to take each day as it rolls in! I take my name from the Phoenix, as it rises from the ashes. As I always will.
Hope you like what you read. If it does not appeal to you, thanks for reading and good luck. If it does, drop me a line.

I am Angelically Devilish!
I am here to initiate contact (sounds kinda Star Trekkish doesn't it?) and meet up to see if there is some sparks. Endless emailing is not my style! Face to Face, hearing words, watching body language, flirting, laughing....and that kiss!!!
A meeting at the pub has no expectations. It can end when it ends.
