Hey, I'm Kat! I work in publishing as an editorial assistant. I also do a little freelance writing on the side. Writing has always been my passion. I take great pride in my professionalism, yet know not to take life way too seriously.
It doesn't take much to make me happy. I spend my down time reading a good book, or running/going for long walks with my jack russel terrier. I have an amazing group of friends that keep my life fun and interesting. Weekends with my friends usually consist of hitting up a few bars (either locally or in NYC), BBQs, the beach, road trips, concerts, camping (I have no problem getting my hands dirty). I love little dive bars, but occasionally it's nice to get dressed up and head to a lounge. As much as I adore the beach and summer, I'm always happy when fall comes around, mostly because of football season. I'm a devoted Giants fan, and try to make it to as many games as I can to cheer them on and tailgate! I try to surround myself with positive, genuine people, and lucky for me, my friends are just that. We may be the loudest ones laughing at a bar (and a bit silly)... but that never hurt anyone :)
I have a lot of energy and a true zest for life. I think manners and respect are very important, so I would hope for my match to have good morals and values. All in all, I'm looking for someone whose personality clicks well with mine, while introducing me to new interests and experiences of their own. Hopefully we'll also have a strong physical attraction for eachother. Just so we're not wasting one another's time here, let me say this about the match I am seeking, I am mainly attracted to tall and sporty guys, so 5'10 and over is a MAJOR plus. BUT an awesome personality picks up where looks leave off; that's what it takes to sustain true interest. I just think its important for my match to be fit, in good shape, and as health conscious as I am.
