I grew up in Lincoln Park. I've traveled very extensively all over the world. I've visited almost every kind of scene I can find. Now I like to work on my garden, paint pictures, watch the news and movies, build things, but more than anything, meet and hang out with new people, see new things and have new life experiences. I like all kinds of entertainment...classical music, jazz, theater, movies, etc. I am told that I'm an 'out of the box' sort of person. I thrive on adventure. I like to visit with my kids and their kids.

I guess because a first date is an opportunity to get acquainted, I would like to be in an environment conducive to communicating. Going out for coffee, a glass of wine, or lunch would be a good idea. I'm willing to meet on a street corner too. I think people know in the first few minutes if they like each other.
