It's nothing to be in love. It's everything to be loved by the one you love.
I hope my friends and family would describe me as being caring, thoughtful, happy, spontaneous, generous, modest, outgoing, energetic, romantic, affectionate, motivated and trustworthy. Straight forward, HONEST, fiercely loyal to a fault, suffer from "overoptimisticitis" in that the glass is always full. I'm always told that I'm "such a nice guy". I need to find some balance...perhaps you can help me. I will always open your door if you let me. I enjoy taking care of the people I love, and even helping people when I can...even to my own peril... I'm working on that. lol I am the guy that people seek out when they need life advise...yet I feel least qualified to give any out. When my teen boys lived with me full time (full custody) before they moved out of state to experience mom for a while (oh boy), my house was the one the whole neighborhood came to. I am a family man by nature. I am single (divorced) and am looking for something healthy and normal with a woman who is honest, caring, loving, nurturing, employed/self sufficient and is happiest making her man happy as he strives to make her happy. I believe that behind every great man there is a great woman. I am looking for that woman to build an empire with. I want to become a great team together. I believe that love is an action and not just a feeling. If two people "fall out of love", it's because they stopped doing what caused them to fall "in love" to begin with. I don’t ever want to stop.
I would hope that you would be the type of gal that might enjoy going for a motorcycle ride or go sailing. We could ride down to the beach or marina and catch the sunset over a bite to eat and talk. Sound like fun? I love animals and have had lots of pets in the past. Now it’s just my three legged dog and I. I love food and enjoy cooking. I used to own a restaurant. I enjoy outdoor activities like camping and such. I enjoy travel and wish I could do it more often. I love to play my acoustic guitar, I have a Martin. I used to play at my church as a worship leader until things took a turn in my life and i needed to take a break. I like to play a game of darts, listen to karaoke and even occasionally sing, I enjoy a good swim in a pool…or a game of pool. I even like to go shopping every now and then. I enjoy gardening and Koi ponds and plan to have another nice one someday.
I'm 43, 6' tall, 198 lbs and in fairly good shape. I have dirty blond hair (with a splash of gray), and green eyes. I'm self employed as a contractor and work hard. I can do about everything in construction and building/remodeling. If you think I might come in handy around the house…or build you a new one...I would love to chat with you.
