I'm a lively retired gentleman who after being widowed four years ago is looking for genuine friendship that hopefully may lead to more.

I lead an active lifestyle and am a member of my local walking club; I also enjoy gardening and have a thriving allotment. Like most of my friends I enjoy going to the theatre and travelling both in the UK and abroad.

I have a close family and thoroughly enjoy spending time with my grand children.…I will often be found at Portsmouth Football Club with my oldest son supporting our favourite team.

My friends and family describe me as a person who likes to live life to the full who is thoughtful and fun to spend time with.

If I had to describe the type of person I’d like to meet I’d include things like fun loving, young at heart, family orientated, presentable and not willing to hang their coat up…just yet!
