| | Hi! Glad you stopped by. Well, this site seems to be where a lot of you are hiding, so I will try to seek you out! Please don't prejudge me based on my age. Who am I? Keep reading. I feel about 25 or 27 years old and don't come across as an 'old' person. Don't worry, I never married anyone, so am not divorced or separated.
The right woman has always eluded me somehow--the 'perfect girl' who was already dating or engaged to a man, the coworker who I liked but I felt I shouldn't date due to that awkwardness of co-worker dating, the nice-looking gal at the supermarket that I was pondering asking on a date one second and the next second was gone forever, etc.
I am currently looking for work in the science area (chemistry/bio). I am ambitious and willing to get out in the working world again. It's exciting, especially if you haven't done something quite like it before, like finding a new chemical or reaction. I have a lot of interests and talents to put to use!
I also like enjoying life by planning special events or just taking in nature around us. I am an outdoor person at heart, but have a lot to study and read and keep up on, so force myself to do this 'inside' work also. I also like films, music, and some programs--I love sports and was very involved in sports in high school and part of college. I am good with computers, but keep my sanity, and know some piano and want to pick it up again. The music I like is mostly classic rock, 80's, good ballads, classical, and some country--about 10%.
I have lived in several states and am currently in the Rockies--Colorado (not from here though). I am not looking to move now, but am open to it to find the best work. I am catholic and believe in this church's teachings, even with temptations from our modern, hedonistic culture. I understand that each person comes from his or her own, unique situation and may have different beliefs or even be agnostic about faith issues (i.e., why go deeper?). The main thing I seek in a woman I date is an open mind to the truth and an open heart that wants to love. Grace builds on nature, as the phrase goes, so a naturally open, smart and loving person can end up much further along in a life of faith than a closed-minded, non-virtuous person of pre-existing faith.
