Hello? hello? is this thing on?



I'm a strange mix,

I have suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury. in a motorcycle accident, in 2001
The prognosis was not good but I beat the odds. I continue to be intelligent. (I lost 9 points on my IQ so I'm down to 128)
I have been called a miracle, I am not, I have had miracles! There is a GOD!!

This is one of the reasons I try to enjoy every moment of life, and accept all down turns as just a learning experience. There are no tests in this life, only lessons!

I am a readaholic, I love reading and learning. I also enjoy classic movies and classic TV (Black and White!).

Although I have been declared Dead more than once, I do plan on living forever (So far it's going according to plan).

Sometimes I feel as if I'm part of a catch and release program.

I have a strange sense of humor. (Can you tell?)

I still love riding my Harleys, (can you tell from my pictures?) and can hang out as easily with 1%ers as Lawyers, Doctors, and Judges.

On my Poetry, people often look at me and think "There is no way this guy could have written that"
or my ability to carry a cogent conversation in multiple fields, I get asked quite often "How do you know that?"
I answer back, "Uhhh, I'm Brain Damaged, how come you didn't"

Yup, strange mix!

I also own and enjoy 4X4s. On 4X4s getting stuck is half the fun, the other half is getting unstuck.
Fixing things is a hobby of mine. and I have discovered that I cannot fix everything, nor do somethings need fixing.

I am a member of AA and NA and have been clean and sober over 12 years. I really don't care if you drink, but if you need to get drunk? I'm gone!!

I am Conservative in my beliefs, and enjoy a good discussion with a liberal (Although I don't think it would make for a fun date!)

What do I want?
Someone with which to share the joys of life. Someone to share time together with. A friend first! Someone to look forward to seeing, and to enjoy those moments together with.

Get together in a public place to talk, Coffee? After sitting and talking, if that goes well for the both of us, taking a ride on the Bike. Dinner at an out of the way restaurant. Continue the talking with a new friend.
