Right, where to start mmm, well, I’m here looking for a bit of normality in my life, someone to spend time with, have fun with and possibly take on the roll of "girl Friend", that would be awesome. My friends (I hope) would say that I'm fun to be around, confident, level headed, independent, honest and maybe a little opinionated (lol, I've got funny friends ha ha, wouldn't listen to them). I enjoy having a good night out on the town, though not too... often anymore. Spending time with my friends is a big must; they keep me relatively sane HaHa. A nice, relaxing night in, on the couch, with good food, a decent movie and that someone special is high on the list. And... NO, I'm not all sad and desperate but..., if Miss right came along, it would be great to share good times with that person.
So I’ve heard this internet dating malarkey is the way forward, though not really convinced yet, you’re welcome to try changing my views. I've already met some really, really great people on POF and acquired a few new friends :)

I was born, and grew up in African before settling in the UK. I've had a pretty interesting up-bringing. I like my sports (have played rugby, water polo, tennis, squash), just don't seem to find too much time anymore. I do get to the gym when I can though.

I listen to a fairly eclectic range of music depending on the mood I guess (nothing too heavy or too soppy), and I'm not a huge telly fan. I do however enjoy a good movie once in a while, whether it’s a DVD, or a trip to the cinema, I’m not too bothered, especially on those nice "chill-out" days.

I'm looking for that special someone who might just resurrect these comatose'd butterflies of mine; someone that’ll make me smile even when I’m not with them, someone bubbly and silly at times; someone light-hearted and warm-hearted; honesty is mandatory; independence is a big plus; someone with some ambition I want to be inspired; a decent sense of humour I think is a necessity, we need to be on the same page too; maybe even a little "cheekiness" thrown in, and of course it goes without saying, "mutual attraction" or else there's no point is there? Not an awful lot to ask for I don't think?? Maybe woman with these traits are becoming extinct. Are you extinct? I’m beginning to wonder.

I DON’T have ANY time for "up-tight", rude, obnoxious woman. Confidence is good :) Overconfidence is a repellent and normally means high maintenance. So if you shallow, and all you want is a little male attention, pick on some other mug PLEASE!!

I would like to do something fun, a bit of a chat and generally get to test the waters and hopefully find a spark or 3 ;), could be fun, Who knows?
