I've been in Boise almost eight years after many years on the Oregon coast.

Virtues: No drama, divorced dad of two great teens, one off to college and the second soon to be.

I'm into reasonable fitness, healthy food and healthy living. I just finished my first Cycle Oregon. I get the blood pumping most days.

My musical tastes are fairly broad but tend to run to jazz, blues, soul, R & B, classic rock and old c/w.

I'm told I'm a good listener and problem solver; very handy around the house and with cars and bicycles.

Friends like my sense of humor. I clean up well and fit in just about any crowd.

My sole pet is a mean old cat.

Grill a mean steak and, believe it or not, like to grocery shop, wash dishes and do laundry. If you like to cook and garden, I'd make a good assistant.

Vices: Independent sort with eclectic interests, voracious reader, political junkie; a hobby or two; could be a better housekeeper.

I'd like to share activities such as travel, camping and sightseeing with a special someone.

I've managed to make a difference at times in my life and wish to continue to do more.
