I'm independent starting over after 25 years of marriage. It's been six years now and I think I'm ready to try the dating scene again. Dated here and there but well, nothing came of it. I love my family and friends.. I LOVE family gatherings and cookouts with not only my family but friends. Last guy doesn't like kids and I LOVE them..they are so fun~ I love my job and I'm content with my life, although, I'd like to meet that someone special some day. I love all kinds of music except heavy metal, rap~I am NOT looking for a date with someone that wants to jump into bed the very first time we meet...THAT won't happen. I'd like to start out as friends and see what happens.SO if that is what you are looking for, please look some where else~ I'm not opposed to an intimate relationship but certainly not when I'm trying to get to know you.

I'd meet for lunch! No pressure, just two people meeting to eat some good food, good conversation and a drink~Romantic dinners sound GREAT..but ME? I'd like to go four wheeling on the beach down near nags head. I'm not the prissy type of woman that wants a man to wine and dine me..just someone to have fun with. YES...I'd like to dress for that special time to go out but heck, pizza and a beer is fun for me...then a walk on the beach barefooted...that's fun to me...comedy clubs, someone that doesn't mind taking the dreaded trip to the mall. NO ONE is perfect and I'm not expecting that. I do smoke and although I've thought about quitting, umm..that isn't happening yet. I don't smoke around my grandkids at all. I've dated a few guys from here and have enjoyed all their company. We've had lots of good times~ I was asked the other day if I date anyone else and well of course I do BUT right now I'm content with my dating world~ LOL ~ Anyway, isn't that what "dating" is all about? To learn the likes and dislikes of someone? SOOO..with that being said, realize what you type when you type dating. I'm a good kid~
