About me:
I am originally from Newcastle, England (yes I still have the accent) but I have lived in the states for over 26 years.
I am well traveled and cultured having spent many years as a captain of a large private yacht.
I am honest to a fault and would step in-front of bullets for my friends. I consider my friendships with others one of the most intense qualities that I have.
Since 1985 I have been in only two long lasting relationships the first one was for 15 and the second was for 7 years (I told you I was loyal) I am not looking to "hook up" for a short term relationship I am looking for a true friend and maybe something more later on.
I am a social animal and love to have friends over for dinner, I am an excellent cook and armed with my new Indian cook book my Lamb Rogan Josh is amazing!
I am working on that average to athletic body type by running 4 miles every day and I am looking forward to my first 5k run.
I have brought with me my English sense of humor that sometimes gets my into a little hot water as the translation is a little different from the American but I cant help myself
I am also an avid golfer with low handicap so if you play golf or want to learn I am quite a good coach, patient and encouraging never any pressure to perform just out having a good time and enjoying the fresh air. I have the use of a 38 foot sport fishing boat but need a really good excuse to take it out.
I love my work and it requires me to travel quite a bit so someone who can understand me leaving with very little notice is a must.
Sorry to all the party animals, been there! done that! got the T-shirt! I do like a good time but 2am in the clubs is not my thing: Funny because I love Techno / house and Chill music? Ultrafest was a blast! Seal was Brilliant and Coldplay for my Birthday was Amazing!
Update: June 09 I have just closed on a new house in Sunrise on Sunrise county Club golf course.

Well, I am Normal, Honest, a one woman man, over my ex in fact we are friends and she is my realtor and lives down the street from me, no issuse there! I love kids and dogs, I am old fasioned and respectful of all people,
Brunch on a sunday is perfect then if we click we still have the afternoon to explore? Or if its a work day a quick lunch at the Greatful Palate on 17th street great food!
