A guy who knows what he wants and knows how he's going to get it. I have the ability to imagine a perfect time to be had by both of us. I am quiet, but in front of a crowd training / speaking I am dynamic, some say I have a transformation. This I think shows that I have something to say and I know how to say it...It will just take the right girl who wants to accept the challenge to open me up. 
First Date
An awesome time to be had by both of us. We could do the whole tradtional dinner thing or something more adventurous. Going to the gun range and firing off a few hundred rounds is always a great way to get the body warmed up. After that, a short drive to the beach or the mountains to chill out with a bottle of wine will enable us to get to know each other on a one on one level.
