I'm an East coast woman with a West coast heart. I'm a self-employed consultant and am lucky enought to work in a field that leads me into tons of areas that I would never otherwise encounter while allowing me to have a flexible enough schedule that I can get out and have fun on a regular basis. I love hiking, kayaking, camping, going to the beach, and exploring the nooks and crannies of BC, and am willing to try almost anything new. I love an adventure and believe that walking around the block can be as much of one as traveling to Nepal - it's all just a matter of perspective.

I'm an avid and voracious reader, love to watch movies, see live music and theatre, hang out with friends and family, travel (over two dozen countries so far), and generally yak it up. I'm also a foodie - I enjoy going out to eat as much as I enjoy cooking a gourmet meal and entertaining friends. I am loyal (many of my friends have been friends since birth), kind, funny, loving, responsible, trustworthy, dependable, generous, fun-loving, and family oriented. I'm also passionate about the things that I choose to engage in, have a love of learning, and am equally happy in a crowd or hanging out chilling at home.
