I am fun, outgoing, I love to laugh. I am spiritual not religious. Some would say I'm socially sophisticated, I have a passion for new experiences, and I can be distinctive at times. Lets see...oh yeah my impatience gets in the way of my short term goals.;-}

I have been on some dates and communicated with many in the last few months. Interestingly enough, I learn more and more, maturity does not grow with age. What has happened to Brothers that the proclamation of being "A Real Man" is necessary? It's almost as if a rebuttal to the lack of a woman's confidence in him has become second nature. I still have hope that chivalry is alive.

Ultimately, I desire to fall in love again, the kind of love Tony Terry sang about back in the 80s in the song "When I'm with You" do you remember that. Oh and what about the love New Edition sang about in "I'm Lost in Love, Candy Girl, Cool it Now" (ok I was a huge fan). Did I mention I love to sing.

I still believe there are Brothers that respect, honor and cherish a Sister in a loving way. I look forward to attracting that brother who's perfect for me. To be continued.

It seems as though the terms we select to describe ourselves are relative. (athletic, average, single etc.)
We all have preferences, and I hoped my expression of what I'm looking for would've given an indication of mine.

Lately, it is not the case so let me attempt again.

TALL, HANDSOME, BLACK MAN, with intellect, respect, single (uncommitted) and chivalries that remind me of the olden days.
I know this is a century where some women are okay with quick intimate encounters and meaningless greetings. I am not one of those women. Initially, I am not your "shorty" "ma" "boo" nor "baby". Until we establish those terms of endearment (?), please refrain from addressing me as such.

I hope my intent to be clear about what I seek does not come off as some diminutive bitter woman looking to disrespect a man. But as a woman with expectations in attracting nothing less than what I desire.

Ask him to sing the Black National Anthem while doing the kid and play, then follow it up reciting a passage from Metu Neter. LOL I'm kidding
