Update time, finally, eh? Besides the stats listed above, I'm a former military man who works out 3 to 6 times out of the week--certainly not a gym bunny. I just want to stay in decent shape, as it's helpful in my career. As far as what I'm looking for--it's difficult to describe, so I'll spare you the short novel it would take to do so. I'm looking to date, but not necessarily. I suppose the best summary would be that I'm searching for someone to experience and share life with, but not necessarily for someone to BECOME my life. In my experiences, I've certainly come to discover that they are 2 completely different principles. I certainly can't say that I in search of someone that believes they have all the answers, as I definitely no where near that status.
Some of my hobbies include reading (especially fantasy and some sci-fi), going out (not necessarily club or bar hoppin), exploring new places, meeting new people, and trying new things, and taking in a movie every now and then. I will say that I abolutely love video games (espeically fanstasy and midievil types). I just started a great new career that affords great travel opprotunities; thus, for dating purposes low maintenance is paramount. I can't really say that I'm static to a single crowd, but I know that I'm a quite goofy and love to laugh and joke around, and I tend to go for people with that same quality. From looking at this profile, it doesn't really seem that way, but I generally sound very formal when I write things. I'll pretty much listen to any kind of music as they are all good depending on my mood and the company I'm with. So I'm pretty much open in that aspect. Basically, a good friend would be nice. But, if things should happen to escalate beyond, then it should not be a bad thing.

I can't really say that this would be a static thing--it would ceratinly change depending on the company. I'm willing to do just about anything. Dinner at Long John Silvers can be just as entertaining/romantic as dinner in a fancy restaurant. Just as much fun can be had as a night on the town or simply sitting on the roof talking and staring at the stars. But, I certainly can't claim to be an expert at first dates...
