First, let me say that I'm the one in the middle in my picture. As for a little about me, its always hard to try to give an account of who you are and what you enjoy in such a short space. Nevertheless, I will give it a shot. I have a number of things in my life that I am passionate about. I am passionate about the outdoors and nature. I love spending time outdoors whenever possible. This includes taking short hikes and walks, planning day trips to the ocean or mountains, camping and waterskiing. I am also passionate about my close circle of friends and family as we really are a tight knit group and I trust them with anything. I also love to dance and most recently, I have taken up salsa dancing. Lastly, I am pssionate about my job--my teaching. As for me as a person, I feel sometimes that I am something of a combination of opposites. I take my job, for instance, very seriously and put a lot of effort into it. That said, outside of work, I am a very fun-loving,easy-going, and open-minded. I can a times be very serious but also love to laugh and joke. I think that it is very important for one not to take one's self too seriously all the time. Where's the fun in that? Overall, I am a very happy person and am looking for someone with whom to share life's experiences with.

On a first date, I usually like to go somewhere where we can chat and get to know each other. So, I guess for a first date I would go to a nice dinner where we could dine, enjoy some wine, and mostly chat. Then if things were going well enough perhaps we might move on to somewhere else where we could continue our discussion. A day trip out to the beach would also be a very promising first date as well.
