I think a first date is hard. I like to talk and get to know if there is a connection. If there is, that's great. If there isn't then we both will know it. The phone is a nice beginning but you cant tell chemistry over the phone.I have received a few emails as to my age and looks. Yes the age is right, the picture is last Christmas. Lying isn't my thing. I am very active and plan to be so for a long time.This isn't comfortable for me. None of us planned to be here at this stage of our lives.I am educated and financially secure. I am not looking for a dependent but a partner. family is important to me. We have a close bond which I am thankful for. Its just not complete.I am not a city girl. I was raised on a ranch but now live in a city. I prefer open spaces but we don't always get what we want. That doesn't mean I'm not thankful for what I have.
