Do you like world famous Caesar salad? I love to cook and entertain at home with music, candles and WINE of course. I have an affinity for tartar, carpacchio, chateaubriand, souffle & pous cafe's however I have been know to resort to hot dogs and kd in a pinch.

Did I mention that I love wine? Seek, sniff, swirl, swish then gurgle - that's it!

Good wine, akin to a good person, exudes complexity, balance, impeccable flavour and depth of character.
