I love to travel and have been to many spectacular places. I really like scuba diving and camping, as well as other outdoor activities. I like to work out and keep in shape by exercising and mountain bike riding. I like rock, 80's music a lot, classical and even country but listen to just about anything. I really like to try new things and experience life. I am a cat person, don't get me wrong I like dogs and had a great one that I miss very much. Not sure what that says about a person, but there it is....lol Life is too short to stand by and watch everything or everyone wander by, so reach out and seize the day "Carpe Diem". I like to be spontaneous and encourage others to do the same, so help me come up with what to do next.....

I am a good friend to all those that come into contact with me. I try to smile at everyone I meet and even those that are naturally grumpy. I am starting a new chapter in my life and I am excited about all of the possibilities that lie ahead of me. I am adventurous and will try anything once, and will do it again if I like it. I would like to meet someone that knows how to communicate her feelings, aspirations and dreams. I mean communication is the key to any type of relationship whether it is between friends or possible soul mates. Oh, and did I mention that I want a woman that can communicate and share her feelings.... lol I also would like them to be compassionate, honest, sincere, affectionate and know how to follow through with what they say. And by that I mean, say what they mean and mean what they say. Love is an intricate emotion, but the key isn’t finding someone you can live with, its finding the one you cant live without…… and I truly believe that.... Oh, and if you are the type of person that puts me on your favorites list and then never talks to me... please dont, cuz what I have discovered is people do that with intentions to come back to you if what ever they are working on doesn't work out.... I dont wanna be your last resort.... :o)

It’s hard to tell the world about yourself on a web-page and a couple of pictures (that dont do me justice, which is why there is only two of them and those that I have met have not been disappointed) and I like to let someone who is interested in me get to know me like other people do, by talking to me. Plus, what draws you close to another person is more of a feeling you get when they tilt their head a certain way, or give you a certain look, or the way their face lights up when they see you. So, with that being said, to learn about me all you need to do is take the time to talk to me. Until you do, I shall remain a mystery…….

I guess this is the part where I describe myself... I am 6'2", 185#'s, brown hair, blue eyes and sometimes grey depending on my mood, with an athletic build.....My pictures dont do me justice by the way and have been told that by many people, and I dont look my age either.... well I would consider myself a great guy with a sense of adventure! I have a great sense of humor and try to make others laugh as much as possible. I like a good steak dinner and have tried all sorts of interesting foods and delicacies. I like pretty much anything that has to do with summer outdoor activities especially when you add water!

I keep it honest because there is no point in putting on an act at the beginning of a relationship because I believe the truth always comes out in the end! And the truth is always in the details……, and yes it does set you free……

I have no children of my own but have two step daughter’s from my previous marriage that I stay active in their lives even though they live with their mother. I may not be their biological father, but they still love me all the same… as I do them. I would like to have children of my own, but it is not a deal breaker. Life will go on and the planets will still circle the sun tomorrow. I figure that if I meet the person I want to have children with and it happens, well then great! If not, my life is not over!

I am looking for a woman that is giving, loving, funny, can be my best friend that I can tell anything too, faithful, loyal, will have my back, stand by my side, is a total nut-ball at times, loves family, is motivated, walks what she talks, and who KNOWS THAT ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS.... then you will just have to email me to find out the rest! Oh, and yes I do have a thing for eyes, I really love beautiful eyes. It is the first thing that I notice about a person. Amazing eyes are the doorway to your soul and unlocking that door only takes a little compassion, honesty and a open conversation.....
