I just moved to the Madison area from MN for my job and am looking to meet some new people to see the sites/hang out with for starters. Don't wanna look too far down the road just yet. It's good to start slow.

I feel like i'm a pretty well-rounded person with a lot of different interests. During the summer I love going for bike rides and I'm stoked to see what the Cap City has to offer for sweet bike trails around the lakes! I also love riding my motorcycle, playin a little golf, barbequing whenever possible, enjoying beers at a sweet patio bar on a nice evening, fishing and so many other things. I just really love summer.
During the fall I love hunting, the smell of the leaves turning, and most of all, making it back to my Alma Mater for homecoming and some Johnnie Football!

I feel like I have a pretty good sense of humor and love being able to make people laugh, and would love to see that reflected in someone I meet. I love dumb comedies from the likes of people such as Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly, but also appreciate wit and humor that takes some thinking, and enjoy it probably even more than the 'no-brainer' stuff.
I'm also a total trivia dork. I love Jeopardy and Cash Cab, and watch out if there's video trivia at a Buffalo Wild Wings! :) With these last couple things in mind, I'd love to meet someone who I can have an engaging conversation with about a current issue and two seconds later be telling dumb jokes with. I take life seriously but also love to have a good laugh at it too.

Family and friends are very important in my life and I count myself lucky to have such great family and to have made so many awesome friends throughout the years. I hope to meet someone who shares the same sort of sentiment towards family and friends that I do and also shares the same values I do.

I've discovered over the years that I'm a lot more of an extrovert than I sometimes think I am. Experience has shown me that I really need to be with someone that is willing to extend themselves and meet new people and try new things, even if it might mean stepping out of their comfort zone. Life's too short and the world's too big not to step inside the fire sometimes!

Hmm, I feel like I'm probably missing something I should be putting down, like it would be the clincher tidbit about myself that would help me meet my special someone, but I guess you'll just have go out on a limb and take a chance! I don't think you'll be disappointed. If you feel like we might have something here, don't be shy!

A first date could be anything for me, from just going out and grabbing a bite and a drink to catching a movie or some live music, or anything else that could be enjoyable. I don't really think a date necessarily has to conform to some sort of standard definition. I'm pretty laid back and have diverse interests so I'm always open to trying something different or new.
