Hello my name is Erin and like my headline states, I am a tomboy at heart. I'm a huge sports fan and fall is my favorite time of year (dun nah nuh dun nah nuh). College football is one of the many loves of my life (hook'em horns!!!). I definitely love a great book and good music. All in all I think that I'm a pretty cool chic (yes I did just refer to myself as a chic). I love having a great time with friends and family as well as great conversation. I can talk up a storm but listen just as well (I hope). I'm very much a people person, family orientated, kinda goofy, naturally inquisitive, often mischeivious, definitetly clumsy, always kind and more than likely smiling. Thats just me... nothing more nothing less... Just Erin 24/7/365(366 every fourth year).

What am I looking for in a man ... hmmm lets see. I would love to give a wholistic, PC answer that would give me the nod that this girl is very go with the flow... (that would have suited 24 year old Erin, she was nice but often heartbroken)...

30 year old Erin is looking for someone a bit more specific... For example, someone who can take my rambling almost ranting about whatever it is I am obessed with that moment... i.e. politics, my nails, college football and the injustice we call the BCS, religion vs spiritaulity, Was it Lizzie's prejudice or Darcy's pride that is at fault for keeping them apart so long (or is it Lizzie whom is proud and Darcy whom is prejudice), the lack of quality reality television (not everything is the 1st season of the real world), 18th century gothic poets, The American addiction to celebrity, gender vs sexuality, The intense nature of full bodied merlot, early 90's band comeback tours, What kind of cheese makes the perfect grilled sandwiches, the effect of altitude and roasting time on the flavor a coffee from a given region, American Narcissism.... you get my point....I cant be a bit much at times...LOL.
My current conundrum is this.... What is the greater justice... freeing the oppressed from oppression or freeing the oppressor from being oppressive? Let me know your thoughts.

If you have made it this far and are still interested... you may need to get your noggin checked ... or ...have vision... I would hope for the latter.

Also someone that jives well in all sorts of settings. My interests vary as much as my topics of conversation. I love new experiences and old ones too. I want to learn from someone as much as I want them to at least listen to my point of view. I feel that in any relationship your expression and the absorption of the expression should be reciprocated. It cant be all one side...a healthy dose of give and take is always a good Rx. And when I want quiet and lie with my thoughts ... be still ... be able to stop the world and melt with me for a second... Is that too much to ask... maybe... but it would be nice...lol
